Hi there, I keep getting this error message on Microsoft Rewards that says "Oops, looks like you're on the go." and it'll grey out my options to get points on my account. I also get this error message on my phone as well when I try to do the same thing. I have no one on my account but me and my dad. I refresh the page on the browser and I still get the same message even with no VPN. The error on my phone would tell me to contact support, while the error on my computer would not tell me to contact support. I don't know what to do.

    Hello Zachary,

When you try to redeem your points while using a device or network that does not match the registered location of your Microsoft account, the error message "Oops, looks like you're on the go" appears in Microsoft Rewards. When using a VPN or trying to access Microsoft Rewards in another nation, this error may appear.

To resolve this error, try deleting your cache, verifying your country/region, or contacting Microsoft Rewards support. If you are not using a VPN and your country/region is right, you should contact Microsoft Rewards support for assistance as they are the only one who has access on your account and get this fixed once and for all.

    Contact them here: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkID=823675

    I hope this helps!

    Kind regards,

    Jayzar

Because of the total lack of support by Microsoft, I have abandoned Bing, and the rewards points program altogether. It's a joke and I'm no longer laughing. Microsoft just stole 200,000 points of mine. I only hope we [everyone experiencing this ridiculous problem] can all band together and create a class action law suite against Microsoft...

I have the same issue. I haven’t moved or used a VPN ever since using rewards I don’t even have one downloaded. I checked where Microsoft thinks I’m at & it’s the same spot I live. So I’m confused on why it’s doing this if none of the following are true?! This issue happened 3-4 days ago then was fine the next few days, but now it does it again? Please I’ve tried logging out & everything nothing is working. When I messaged support they said “Maybe you moved or used a vpn” & then closed my ticket even though if they read my ticket it said I’ve never used those things. I’ve contacted support again & nothing. I’m losing points for no reason. I don’t understand why this glitch is happening to me.

This is Sooo annoying. I travel a lot, and when I attempt to contact Microsoft to fix this issue, it appears that all my attempts fail. My requests go into the big black void... I will keep on every day until this is fixed... MESSAGE: OOPS looks like you're on the go.... PLEASE FIX THIS FOR ME........
