Are Robux Gift Cards from Microsoft Rewards region locked?

I'm wondering if someone from another part of the world would be able to redeem these Robux Gift Cards, as Robux is a currency that isn't from a specific region.

    In the case according to the Roblox website if you redeem the Robux code on Microsoft rewards and add it to your Roblox account, it is available anywhere in the world, what happens is that you have Robux codes in rewards in regions such as the USA, but at the moment there are no codes in Europe or Brazil, for example.
