My mistake, If your goal is to apply Copilot Designer's AI capabilities to your own images, the direct approach you're seeking—uploading an image to then apply effects, styles, or colors—does not seem to be supported based on the provided sources. The functionalities highlighted are centered around generating new images from text prompts and editing those AI-generated images within the platform.

Since directly uploading and editing personal images in Copilot Designer as you described is not supported, you might consider using the generated images as a starting point. You can generate an image closely related to your theme or subject and then use the inline editing tools to customize it further. While this doesn't directly edit your original image, it allows you to create customized visuals using AI.

Or, you can use other app like midjouney to do this.

I agree. I asked CoPilot why my uploaded image was not included in the prompt result and the response was : When you upload an image, I can describe it, but can’t include or merge it into a new one directly.

If you can't modify your own uploaded images what is the point of being able to upload an image???

Hello Marcin, my name is Marco and I will do my best to help you.

Yes it's now possible, you just have to do "add file" in the box where you write your prompt command in the Bing copilot page or now directly in Windows, the copilot icon is there, in the taskbar. (If you have the latest version of Windows 11 update)

Please note that the file size should not exceed 1 MB. If you encounter problems, make sure your image meets this size limit. More info here: https://windowsreport.com/now-you-can-upload-yo...

Hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any further questions.

    Hi Marco.

I did what you suggested and it's not working. If I add "add file" in the text it creates an image with "add file" text embedded in the image.

If I "add an image" using the Copilot Icon, it generates a text explaining the image.

What I want to do is convert an image that I have using Copilot Design to make effects with the Designer AI capabilities styles, colors, etc.
