Why am I not getting search points after 4-5 searches

This happens to me everyday, even on mobile. I tired searching it gave me points than 4 searches later it stopped, can you fix this if it's a bug thank you for reading this.

    Good day, thanks for your question. Please take note that your account might be under a cooldown period with regards to getting points from searches.

    Kindly refer to the below for the other things that you can check.

    > Ensure that you are really not using or connecting to VPN or proxy.

    > Logout and login again to your account.

    > Check and try the on a browser and also try InPrivate or Incognito browsing as you are usng the app.

    If it will still be the same after trying the above then you can head over to the link below to check it directly with the MS Rewards Support as they have information and access to provide on what transpired on the issue that you have encountered.
