Can't seem to get search rewards anymore for PC.

I know things are always changing but now it seems I can't get points for searching. I use a VPN, but it's set to inside the U.S. where I live. I turned it off and that didn't work as asked Bing the question "How big are tigers" and no reward showed up. I know on mobile, you have to space it out, not do all the searches at once, but on my PC it generally only works the first time in the morning.\

    I have contacted Microsoft Rewards Support countless times.

    They will sometimes ignore my request or will provide a generic reply with the same advice you have provided. Then they will immediately close out the support request without providing resolution to my issue.

    It is extremely unprofessional and a disservice to your clients to behave in such a manner.

    Microsoft needs to do something and put forth effort in resolving this issue. I'm sure this issue impacts hundreds of thousands if not millions of customers.

    I am not able to accumulate rewards points on my mobile device nor on my computer. I have tried the search and earn hundreds of times. I do not use a VPN.When I use private mode, I do not see the rewards points counter.  When I search in private mode my rewards points do not accumulate at all.I have tested Bing rewards within the Google Chrome browser.  It does not work there either.  The reward points do not accumulate.I have cleared my Edge browser cache.I have also set all my Edge browser's settings to their default settings.I have closed my Edge browser and opened my browser again countless times.I have rebooted my computer countless times.Please provide me with assistance.Thank you,Milton

    Thanks. As I said about the VPN, I turned it off on my PC and it didn't work. Seems to work with my phone though with the VPN on. Not trying to cheat, just trying to stay safe.

    -Really don't want to reset my browser, huge hassle filling everything in again.

    -I'm using Edge.

    -Don't have a 2nd PC.

    -Can do. EDIT: Doesn't show rewards in private mode.

    VPNs are not allowed on Rewards and may suspend the account.

    To investigate what can cause this behavior, I recommend that you follow the guidelines below:

    • Reset your browser;
    • Test in another browser;
    • Test on another device;
    • Try in private mode.
