Corel VideoStudio Pro X5 Ultimate working fine in Windows 10

Yesterday I installed Corel VideoStudio Pro X5 Ultimate in Windows 10 and even on

a older computer it runs really good.

I thought I would give it a hard test and loaded a AVCHD High Def MTS file of about 15 minutes

and rendered (Convert from one file format to another) it to a DVD movie.

The total time from render to DVD burn and eject was 10 minutes!!!

I was really surprised with the time it took since this computer would have had a hard time

working with this kind of video in the past with Vista that it came with and would taken about 40 to 50 minutes

to do a DVD back then and it would have not been really good quality either, this computer only has

a Q6600 processor and 4gb of ram to run in and would not be a good choice to render video with.

The guys having problems with Sony Vegas 13 were the reason I installed Videostudio Pro X5 Ultimate

and give it a try to see it had problems to maybe find a solution that may end up helping them

but no problems so far.

Been using VideoStudio X7 on Windows 10 a while - to be fair no idea why anyone is running Videostudio version X5 still, since X8 has been out for a few months already. But it does prove that Windows 10 is compatible with a whole bunch of apps!!!

I also have a report of someone happily using X6 on Windows 10 in the Corel forums.
