Hello Insiders. I've just bought a Dell XPS 8940 and cannot install the Realtek HD Audio Manager. This is the one with the pitch shift enhancement (karaoke) on it. Where you can change the key of songs. For example, when playing backing tracks on Youtube. I've tried various ways with the help of information on the internet but for some reason, it won't install and it doesn't appear in Programs. My build is 21301 210123-1645. To be honest I've not been able to do this since the Creators Fall update. Can anyone help, as it's super important for me to be able to do this?
Ps: My Dell has Realtec Audio on it.

Yes, I realize that but have managed to install it on previous Windows 10 versions. Including before the Creators update. So something must have changed with Windows which prevents the program from installing. As per my previous posts, I can get the Realtek HD Audio Manager install running and it all seems to load correctly. But when you get to the installer prompt in the installer "You need to restart your computer") my computer restarts but the Realtek Audio Manager hasn't installed! I've even tried downloading from Microsoft where they have the post Creators updates for it - but that doesn't work either. Anyways, thanks for taking the time to assist.
Hi.
You have given good info about your PC but you haven't given the Realtek chipset ID and the version of Realtek software you're trying to install. Remember by your post, Realtek is your problem. Therefore, you should give some info about your Realtek chip, current driver version ( if any ). and the one you cannot install.
