Hello,

recently we updated sccm to 2010 version. We have configuret CMG. And Bitlocker Management.

After update i created new bitlocker management policy and deployed it to test VM. After encryption VM sends bitlocker recovery key to sccm sql DB.

I switched VM to internet, so that VM could communicate with VM.

Made changes in bios and done recovery. After start up in event logs i see that

but VM don't send bitlocker key via CMG and in SCCM SQL database is no new keys..

What could be the cause of it?

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/protect/plan-design/bitlocker-management#supported-configurations - MS documentation states that no need to make any changes after sccm 2010 update

If i change sccm client connection type to intranet bitlocker key immediately escrow to SCCM SQL DB.

I the bitlockermanagementhandler.log - i see this

    @Eduards

    In your description, you mentioned that it was tested on VM. But in the documentation you provided, BitLocker management isn't supported on virtual machines (VMs) or on server editions.

    Whether you have modified the policy that can be available to clients over the CMG?
    The specific steps are in the document you provided:

    Have the same issue after upgrading to SCCM 2010. Tested on a physical machine and updated the bitlocker management policy
