Android Studio Device Emulator not working since 21292

Since the 21292 update I can't manage to make the Official Android Emulator to work in Windows. When I rollback to 210218 the emulator back to work fine.

The log from android studio shows erros in the virtual processor, but it's evething configurated right, again the emulator works fine with same bios config in 210218.  Bellow I have two different logs obtained when tried to run?

    This is now resolved Build 21327.rs_prerelease.210226-1427

    The fix my be related to just removing the *.lock folder located in %USERPROFILE%.android\avd{yourAVDFolder}\*.lock

    The latest release started prompting me to delete this folder and when I did the emulator launched finally as normal

    I believe the latest release may have just updated the error message telling us what to do

    Same problem. I tried using Android Studio and Visual Studio to launch emulators and both fail. I'mn using Build 21301
