Managed by your organization.

Hello,

My windows thinks that my personal @outlook email is a business email for some reason??? I can't become a beta tester for windows for example, as it thinks that some of these settings are managed or hidden by my organization?? What organization :D??? Hell, even Microsoft Edge has the same thing when I go to my profile, it says some of these setting are managed by your organization. I have the latest version of Windows 10 pro 21H1 19043.1165 all up to date. This version was installed with Windows media creation tool, and was activated with a legit key I purchased online that is now linked to my account. I have tried to do suggested fixes related to policies and things like that, but to no avail. I also deleted the Edge folder from the policies in the regedit HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft. nothing seems to work...

I don't know if it is related, but my keyboard suddenly stopped working after a certain update in Start menu and Search in windows, and had to manually open ctf loader and forced it to run with windows startup.

Please, help me.

Thank you.

    mmmm
I used the latest the version from the Media creation tool. it says in settings that I have build number 19043.1165 21H1. I left the program through the Microsoft link in the settings. It now says I am no longer in the program on Microsoft's site. Though, in Windows settings I still am. I am signed in with the same account that was in the program. No, I have not deleted that key. Should I delete it?

Thank you for the reply and sorry for replying a bit late.

I can't even see "Configured policies" when I go to advanced options from the windows update tab :x I am not enrolled in the program at this time. I have no organization, and I don't even know what that means. I did a fresh install from my previous windows 11, since some apps were not working. I did 2 clean installs to windows 10, but still cannot get rid of that message that some settings are hidden or are managed by my organization???

If you are not enrolled in the program, then how did you get Windows 11 which has only been released to Insiders & not the general public?

Check Under Windows Update> Advanced Options> Configured policies:
" Some settings and controls might not be available for you if your organization has set policies to manage updates, or if you've joined the Windows Insider Program"

The Windows Insider Program IS the organization.

Your Profile states that you are an Insider
Again, the Windows Insider Program IS the Organization!
