- Is the PC connected to a domain/organizational network?
- Are you aware of any recent changes on the PC prior to this issue?
Meanwhile, I would like to suggest that you perform the methods below and check if the issue persists:
Method 1: Reset Skype
Reset and Repair Skype app at Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Skype app > Advanced Options.
