Trying to use Rufus and keep getting this error message

I'm trying to download an ISO using rufus and keep getting this error message. Help Please!

    The media creation tool by default goes in the Downloads folder unless you specify the option to ask where to download the files from the web.

    Then, when you execute the command it will show where it creates the ISO or ask for a USB device to create the installation media.

    I'm not sure how to find it? I used file explorer to try to find it with no luck.

    I tried to download using the link that you provided and this is what happened. It's the same error I was getting with rufus and another app I got from the Microsoft store.

    At this point I don't know what to do to fix it.

    Download the .iso to your computer first then use Rufus to pick up the .ISO from your download folder or whenever you stored the .iso.

    Have you try to download that ISO from MS official site or use Media Creation Tool to create that USB installer?
