Hi

I'm trying Azure Active Directory for the first time, I invited a user with his email but after that I accepted the invitation since I own the email I could not delete the user from: Users | All users (Preview).

What is the cause of the problem?

Microsoft Security | Microsoft Entra | Microsoft Entra ID

    1. I have logged in with Global admin to the portal and
    2. The delete option is greyed.

Hello @Sidi Mohamed ABED RABOU ,

    Just reconfirm few things:

    1. Not logged in with the same account to the Azure portal which you are trying to delete.
    2. To see "leave the organization " option make sure to login with the same account which you need to delete.
    3. If still the option is greyed out check that the directory is correct kindly go to the switch directory option from the right side of the portal and try changing the directory:

    4. Check if the user is having roles assigned to it, try removing the role and then login with the Global Admin and check if that works
    5. Lastly, create one new global admin , and then login with that global admin and try to delete the account.

Let me know if the suggestion works for you please Upvote, else please reply on the thread we will take forward
