Wifi option won't show up at all on windows 11

I was just using the internet on my laptop earlier today and now the wifi option isn't even showing up as an option. Can someone please help me fix this??

Still not fixed!

It worked at first and now I'm having the same issue. Now my bluetooth isn't showing up along with my wi-fi. I even uninstalled the devices, restarted, and nothing has happened.

I tried downloading the drivers directly from the MSI website and a window pops up saying "The following extensions are blocked: Extensions\PieExtension.INF"

I then tried a System Restore for when I wasn't having these issues but still no luck and the drivers are still giving me the same pop-up window. I was thinking maybe I should just do another restore for an even earlier date but now it's saying there are no restore points.

    UPDATE:

    This has no effect on whether the wifi option will show up or not. Also, yes, I did try that before coming here.

    Check your bios and/or Device Manager, looks like your wi-fi adapter is missing, disabled or unrecognized.
