If you want to force install Windows 11, Microsoft wont stop you. Simply visit https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11 and follow either Option 2 [Create Windows 11 Installation Media] or Option 3 [Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO)].

Note: you cannot upgrade an unsupported system but you can fresh install.

With that software everything seems great even TPM I have in both 2.0.

The only problem is the Processor is Intel Core i5 6300U CPU @ 2.40GHz and the other seems the same with the processor Intel Core i7 6650U CPU @ 3.4GHz

I Hear someone got the update for surface pro 4 here without modifications.

    Thank you.

It is not advised or supported by Microsoft to update

to Windows 11 with unsupported processors.

You can, but you do it at your own risk.

Make sure you have a backup image if you try it.

Those 2 CPUs are not officially supported.

    Windows 11 supported Intel processors

Browse this thread thoroughly Error 0x80888002 on build 22509

you might find ways to install Windows 11 regardless.
