This is what I get when I reboot my system, It's likely a virus corrupted my SSD but if possible, I like to fix it.

I tried:

Startup repair

Uninstall updates

In cmd, I tried bootrec /fixmbr, bootrec /fixboot, bootrec /rebuildbcd, bootrec /scanos

I also tried sfc /scannow

Here is the log file:

I also tried chkdsk C: /r /f but it says "cannot open volume for direct access". Again when I tried chkdsk X: /r /f, it says type NTFS, cannot lock current drive, window cannot run disk checking on this volume because it is write protected.

I also tried all of this with bootable USB, repair my computer.

And Nothing works.

Hi luckytaorem,

Thanks for reporting this issue in Microsoft Community.

Based on your description and screenshots, it seems that you are experiencing a green screen on your computer.

I noticed that you have tried a number of methods including repairing the BCD as well as system file checking, etc. and even using the USB method to repair the system. Thank you for your efforts in resolving this issue, your efforts deserve to be recognized. I do understand that the current situation is frustrating.

We judge that this problem is most likely due to some problems with the system files in your hard disk or a hardware failure in the hard disk itself, please refer to the following methods to try to fix it.

1 Take out the hard disk from your computer, then plug it into another normal running computer, make a backup of the data in it, then format it completely, and after formatting it, plug it back into your computer.

2 Please again, on your other computer, use a USB drive to make an installation media of your system. Compared to the preview version of the system, our official version of the system has more stability, so you can install the official version of the system in the subsequent process.

You can download the image file of the system through the following link

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11/

3 After making the installation media, please refer to the content in the following link, when you start the computer, according to the motherboard's manual or under the guidance of the equipment manufacturer's personnel, enter the BIOS setup, insert the system installation media that you have just made into the computer, and set it as a startup device in BIOS setup, and reinstall the system in this way.

How to: Perform a Custom Installation of Windows 11 and Windows 10 or - Microsoft Community

Disclaimer: At this point, we have exhausted all troubleshooting and I recommend that we try to perform a clean install to get your computer back into a working condition. Please ensure that you backup any important data, including Documents, Pictures, Videos, and more.

If this still doesn't help you use your computer properly, or if the green or blue screen still occurs, then it's likely that your hard drive has a hardware failure, so please contact your equipment manufacturer to have your hard drive checked further.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

Best regards,

Zev - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist

I did it by going to BIOS and disable the intel VMD. After that, it detects my SSD and now after resetting my windows, it works!!!

    Thanks for suggestions.
