Hi. I'm having the same problem, too. It happened to me after the latest update.
Cursor not showing in Minecraft Java edition on fullscreen? (Windows 11 Dev Build 26058.1100)
Recently I discovered something unusual regarding with mouse cursor not being visible in Minecraft Java Edition.
The mouse cursor just simply becomes invisible on fullscreen, but still works and interactable ingame without it being visible. However, the cursor becomes visible on windowed-fullscreen or just windowed. This one problem doesn't occur on Minecraft Bedrock Edition. I could assume this issue in Microsoft's end (since Dev 26058.1100).
I don't recall doing any modifications or changes on Windows system that I got this visual annoying issue. I tried restarting PC, looked various methods on the internet, updated Geforce Experience, however none of them worked. So my last guess is this Microsoft's end issue? Is Microsoft aware of it? I can't tell who's side issue is this, so I'm having my thoughts processed why am I getting this issue. Also, I can't tell if any other games also have this issue where their mouse cursor is invisible during fullscreen mode.
Edit: It doesn't show cursor in any Minecraft versions on fullscreen
Edit 2: I found out that in recent update the tabs automatically focuses on the monitor's tabs where your cursor is located if you have set up multiple displays? I don't recall Windows doing this before, is there any way to disable it? I feel like its this feature causing my game not show cursor? I really want this feature disabled, I have two monitors and this auto-focus-where-my-mouse-is-located feature that I can't find is really annoying and not suitable for me.

2024-03-02T21:37:05+00:00 How did you roll back GPU drivers from Device Manager? I can't find my GPU drivers on Device Manager. Thank you.

2024-03-02T20:46:50+00:00 Someone from the Davinci Resolve community suggested to rollback GPU drivers from Device Manager because apparently Windows will overwrite any AMD/ NVIDIA driver that you install.
This seems to have fixed the issue. I've already disabled the option for Windows to install drivers for the hardware prior to this issue, so Windows WILL modify your GPU drivers regardless.
