I just updated my Logitech software through the Setpoint Dashboard
with no problem.

My Logitech mouse and keyboard apps are not working. I have checked device manager and no apparent problems, but when I try and update drivers they fail.

I have the same version. I've uninstalled it and re-installed it and the problem is still the same.
I can confirm that this is fixed with the latest build.

I was able to install Setpoint version 6.9, but the Mouse and Keyboard app doesn't see my Logitech K350 keyboard. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all of the Logitech software and drivers. The app was working prior to this latest build.
