If anyone has System Mechanic from Iolo Technologies. The Password Manager is called ByePass is not compatible with the new Edge Chromium Web Browser. After posting a Trouble Ticket on their website and also through their Facebook Page I finally got a reply that they do not have an extension or module inside of the System Mechanic Program. Support did not have any information on when it would be available.
