Youtube Restrictions Enabled by Network Administrator

Base on the information you have provided above is seems that the network administrator included restrictions in accessing specific sites including YouTube

If the computer that you are using is connected to a network that is administer by your school then they are the ones who have place the restrictions there.

By the way if your question is if you can try to disable the restrictions on YouTube there are some steps we can do, however it does not guarantee that you will be able to do so.

I have this same problem! Restricted mode is turned off on my YouTube account, but certain videos from channels I like aren't visible and comments are turned off. I also cannot listen to any explicit songs on YouTube music, plus some that aren't rated as explicit. Same problem even when I'm not logged into a YouTube account, and across different accounts in Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox. I believe it's a network issue. Your family can turn off restricted mode by logging into the network administrator/router, from what I've seen.

I've been trying to watch my favorite youtubers videos, but restrictions mode pops up when it shouldn't because I've been subbed to this youtuber for a year now and I know he a kid friendly youtuber, I've turned restrictions mode off and on and off again because it won't work, may I please have some help?
