How do I contact Microsoft assure support? for software ?

    when i call the number then  i press that I am a home user  it says I can only speak to someone online. I paid for microsoft assure  to be able to speak to a live person

    For users in the USA, see this note on the Premium software support option page:

    Effective March 2021, our assisted support subscription, Assure, is being retired. Existing Assure subscriptions are still valid, but you won’t be able to renew at the end of your subscription period. Subscriptions with recurring billing turned on will be allowed to expire.

    The situation may be different in other parts of the world.

    Not helpful in the slightest. I need to know how to contact Microsoft Assure. This is a service that I have paid for and nobody answers the phone.

    Calling the 800-642-7676  doesn't work it is a recording directing everyone to the web site. I have paid for annual support     and nothing works no even the different Chat area.
