Troubleshooting website display or functionality issues in Edge on Windows 10
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I am having issues with being able to open certain websites and then being able to browse the website or see images on some websites. This started happening maybe a month ago. If I open the same websites on Chrome, I have no issues. I've tried deleting my history but that didn't help.

Hi, my name is Felipe Lucas, Independent Advisor and Microsoft Windows user like you.
I'll be happy to help you.
Could you list here some of the websites that are not working in Edge?
So I can make some tests and try to help you out.
Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

I don't have the options you're asking me to try. Under Apps>>Microsoft Edge, the only options I have is to Modify, which takes me no where except to ask if I want to allow the app to make changes to my device and then after clicking yes, does nothing. or I can uninstall it. No advanced tab or option to repair.
Asheryl,
The first website "Healthy Benefits Plus" works fine form me both in Chrome and Edge.
The second website I cannot access, maybe because of my country, I don't know why.
What I suggest is that you repair or reset Microsoft Edge:
Now you may first select the Repair option if Edge is not working properly. When you repair Edge, your data will remain safe.
If this does not make any difference, you may select the Reset button. Windows will reset your Edge browser settings, keeping your Favorites intact – but you may lose other Edge data.
After that reboot your computer and check if the problem is solved.
I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

So, please try using the following method:
Reinstall Edge using the File Explorer
Step 1: Restart your computer in Safe Mode. If you don’t know how to start Windows 10 in safe mode, see here:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/sta...
Step 2: Open File Explorer and navigate this location from the explorer menu: C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\Packages.
Step 3: In the Packages folder, find the Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe folder and Press SHIFT+DELETE to permanently delete it.
Step 4: Now open the Store and search for Microsoft Edge. You will see the Microsoft Edge on the search result, click “Download.” Store will automatically download and install Microsoft Edge for you.
I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

There should be a picture of each item next to the coupon but it doesn't show. I tried adding them to sites where I allow images but that didn't help.
