How do I delete the new version on Microsoft EDGE and go back to the previous Microsoft EDGE?

I need to delete the new edge.  It causes my laptop to crash.  I need to talk to an agent.

In United States v. Microsoft Corp., settled, after appeal, on June 30, 2004, the court required Microsoft to share its application program interfaces with third-party companies and appointed a panel who would have full access to Microsoft's systems, records, and source code for five years in order to ensure compliance. Aspects of this agreement continued until 2012. Twenty states did not agree with what they saw as a "slap on the wrist." Had Microsoft violated the agreement before 2012, this breach of settlement could have been seen as a case of indirect contempt of court (disobedience of a court order that occurs outside the presence of the court.)

In the current case, however, users are not forced to use Microsoft Edge and can use other web browsers (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, etc.). You also might want to avoid Bing with its blatantly aggressive promotion of the "New Microsoft Edge" by choosing another search engine (i.e. Google, Yahoo, etc.). To my mind, the only other option is to end any reliance on Microsoft Windows altogether and adopt Apple OS.
