Pls help

Thx

Hello,

I am seeing a very strange issue.

I am using Microsoft teams for my chat app in outlook web. I signed in my profile in edge, and I am seeing my chat app is loaded as skype for business. However, the chat app is loaded as teams when I use my laptop, even I am using same edge browser and signed in with same profile. Also, if I signed in with different profile, the teams chat is loaded. I tired other browser, always team chat is loaded, only happen on one computer.

I tried to update browser, it doesnt fix anything. I tried other browser, it has no problem

Is there any setting need to be done?

Thanks

Ryan

For me, the Teams setting migrates to the desktop app, but not to the web app.  Frustrating.

This setting appears to be within Teams:

Making Teams the default conversation app in Outlook - Microsoft Tech Community

    1. In Teams, click on your User Account avatar to the top right in the title bar.
    2. Click Settings.
    3. Check the Register Teams as the chat app for Office checkbox.
    4. Restart Outlook, click the conversation icon and it should start Teams.

It's not clear whether this stretches to OWA, though. Perhaps you could try it and tell us.
