Installing or updating Microsoft Edge on Windows 10
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Why is my only option to stop this terrible browser disabling it? Why can't I just uninstall, I don't want the security vulnerability forced on my computer.

I've found out the best way to get rid of this God aweful web browser. What I did is go the the Programs (x86) folder, clicked on the Microsoft folder that contains the new Edge, hold shift then press the DEL key and click yes when it ask are you sure you want to delete it click yes. Then you'll get the you need admin rights to delete this folder and click yes again. New Edge is no more on your system and everything goes back to normal. I hope that this is a lesson for you Microsoft DON'T force software onto people who don't want it on there system.
Found out my antivirus was up to the task of erasing this instead
