Managing media playback issues and settings in Microsoft Edge on Windows 10

I can access these websites but nothing is watchable, just attempts to load continuously. And it isn't all streaming services; YouTube, Funimation, and Crunchyroll all work. My laptop just came back from a warranty repair and has been like this since I booted it back up.
***Edit***
Amazon Prime Video also won't work, but Disney plus does, if that helps.

Hello, my name is Gaston, I am an independent consultant.
Does the problem show any error code?
Click on the Edge menu button (the three dots that appear in the upper right part of the browser).
Click on settings.
On the left side of the screen we look for the System option and access it.
We deactivate the option "Use hardware acceleration when available".
We click on the Restart button that will appear in this option when changing its parameters.
Edge Chromium will restart.
After performing these steps, check if your problem is resolved.
Cordially.
There were no error codes, just spinning loading symbols.
I followed your instructions and they work now, so thanks for that!
I did do a quick search on what it was I was turning off and noticed that it might have something to do with the graphics card. This is a gaming laptop with two graphics cards. Does this mean that it is going to use my cheap on board card instead of my nicer one?
