Edge randomly changes youtube resolution to 480p

Hi,

So the last few days while watching youtube at the start of every video, the quality is set to 480p.

I allways change it manually but it goes back to 480p mid video.

This doesnt happen in Chrome.

Does anyone have an idea how and why this is happening?

My sense it is an Edge (chromium) problem.

If I close all my Edge windows and open up Youtube again, the behaviour is gone.

I'm experiencing the same issue, but in Chrome on my PC. It's definitely not a graphics setting issue (I have 2070 Super running a 4K TV) and it's not a internet speed issue I have 400mbps internet, so it has to be a YouTube issue.
