how to delete all saved favorites at one time

in edge (not quite all at one time)

Ctrl+Shift+O to open "manage Favourites"

in the left pane right click on each folder and select delete

for favourites in the favourites bar or the other favourites folder

click in the right pane then Ctrl+A to select them all then click the delete button at the top of the list.

or you can try the following

close edge

open file explorer and navigate to

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data

then to either \default or \profile1, \profile2 etc (depending on how many profiles you have)

delete the bookmark file.

Paste " edge://favorites/ " into your Edge address bar. It will take you to the internal site for your Edge favorites.

There, you can reorganize and delete multiple favorites.
