New Edge IOS app desktop view with corporate log-in

I have an iphone from my company. We are starting to push the use of new edge as our company recommended web-browser. We are liking the work specific bing search feature and the company managed apps in app launcher. It works pretty well on our Windows 10 Dell PC’s and our MS surfaces. Problem is the mobile app for the cell phones. We can’t seem to get the app laucher to appear. We changed the view mode back and forth between Desktop and mobile view modes (nothing changes). 

If we don’t log in to our company account this does not happen, but without being logged in we dont have access to the info we are trying to push out to users. This makes me think that perhaps it is a setting in our O365 settings, but users with Andriods can be logged in and the desktop view works fine, so that makes me think it isn’t a setting in the account. 

Is there any solution for this problem?
