Troubleshooting website display or functionality issues in Edge on Windows 10

I haven't been able to log on to the New York Times website since about a week ago on Edge. I get a "400 Bad Request -- Request Header or Cookie to Large" message. Am I alone on this? Is there a workaround (other than using another browser)?

Hi,
I am Vinu, an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I will try to help you with this issue.
First try clearing all cookies using Ctrl+Shift+Del
Then try accessing the website again. See if it is working.
Yes, I'm on Version 83.0.478.64 (Official build) (64-bit). More info: when I copy the link on the Log In button at the top right of the NYTimes home page and try to open that link in another tab on Edge, it still gives me the error message, but if I paste the link into Chrome, it works fine. This page worked just fine until about a week ago.
Just to confirm, you are on new chromium edge right?
Thanks for the reply. I did as instructed but still am not able to log in.
