Try right click on new tab and select reopen closed windows.
With Edge open try Ctrl+Shift+T and see if that will reopen closed window.
Hello, my name is Gaston, I am an independent consultant.
If there was a force close on Edge, reopening it should show an option to restore closed tabs.
Another option is to check the History.
When sliding the mouse over the History there should be the option to open the number of tabs closed in the last closing

Hi Rodney,
When I right click on the "+" symbol, I only get an option to reopen last tab (plus other unrelated options like "new tab" etc.). I don't get an option to reopen closed windows.
If I open a new tab and click in that page (I tried various places including the page tab), I don't get any option to reopen closed windows either.
Am I misunderstanding you, or is there some other way to get a reopen closed window option?
Thanks!
Hi Betty,
Thank you for your response! I'm not at all familiar with "powershell." What is it, how do I open it?
I'm not clear if your suggestion is to fix Microsoft Edge, or if it will help me recover the lost window and all it's tabs, while still also keeping the window that I didn't lose and still have open?
Also, if I use your method here, will it restore BOTH of the original two windows? That is, the one I lost, and the one I still have? Or will I lose the window I still have and all it's tabs too?
