Can't open Bitly links on Edge

I've got the most up-to-date Edge on my laptop - no system administrator involved.

If I click on a Bitly link on a webpage, it won't open.  I've tried several links and I'm assured that the links aren't broken.

Is it my settings that's the problem?  How do I fix this please?

    Hi

My name is Lee; an Independent Consultant, I'm here to help you with your problem.

Please try using another browser to see whether you can access the link.

if the same problem it could be an administrator blocking access to the links

Check with your system administrator in case they have blocked them.

    Thanks

Thanks.  Yes, it doesn't work from my phone or another laptop.

This is a home network.  I guess I have to ask my internet service provider how I unblock it.

Thanks.  Edge is my default browser.  They don't work on Chrome either.

I don't have a system administrator, so how do I unblock them?
