I use Microsoft Edge and so far so good. I have updates about every day... The problem with this is that I use yahoo as my home page and that is the page I want to see when logging in. I get the Microsoft Edge Welcome startup page and I do not want to see this page at all. I understand a lot of you do I don't. What I tried is hitting my home button, when www.yahoo.com comes up I highlight the URL and copy it to the ... >settings>specific page> I paste it into the URL section and hit save then I scroll down farther and do the same. This works once out of 50 I would guess. can anyone tell me how to STOP THE MICROSOFT EDGE WELCOME PAGE permanently?

Here's a screenshot of my Edge settings for guidance.
Hi, I followed this and did what you suggested, then I tried to click a link in an email message that sent me to Edge, then the Welcome to Microsoft Edge screen came up again. What else can I do to stop this? Thanks much
Hi Lorene,
This is Wil, one of the independent advisor, an expert with Windows 10 and a fellow Windows 10 user like you. I understand your concern about having Yahoo on the home page and startup page of Edge.
You would actually need to put the Yahoo address (https://www.yahoo.com) on both Home page settings and startup page. Here's how you can do it.
For more information, you may access the link and see the instruction under "How to open a specific page on startup with Microsoft Edge". https://pureinfotech.com/change-startup-page-mi...
I hope the information I provided will help you. If you need further assistance please do reply back and I will respond as quickly as possible. Have a nice day.
