Launching Microsoft Edge on Windows 10
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Every time I open MS Edge it is stuck to left side of screen and reported this before and heard nothing. This has been going on for the past couple days. Even using the cursor to move browser full screen fails to move it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. To my surprise, it still opened and stuck to left side of screen. Only way to use it I have to click on icon that has three dots then click on the corner to corner icon to expand then I can use it. This is wasting my time and patience in hopes that I can find an answer. Ever since Edge came out there's been numerous problems. Including but not limited, browser not responding and white screen when searching other sites.

Hi folks,
I see this thread was posted quite a while ago but I wanted to provide some shortcut keys to hopefully provide a workaround to this for folks landing on this thread via search:
| Windows logo key**** + Up arrow | Maximize the window. |
|---|---|
| Windows logo key**** + Down arrow | Remove current app from screen or minimize the desktop window. |
| Windows logo key**** + Left arrow | Maximize the app or desktop window to the left side of the screen. |
| Windows logo key**** + Right arrow | Maximize the app or desktop window to the right side of the screen. |
I have just sorted it out by Windows+ right arrow it works, thank you community
Good Day JimmyKouba,
My name is Carlo, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.
I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.
Here's the steps you can try.
Check for updates and install them.
-Press Windows Key + X
-Go to Settings
-Click Update and Security
-Check for Updates and install all available updates to keep your device up to date.
Once the updates are installed restart your device and check.
If the issue persist perform Repair Upgrade , this will re-install the Windows without affecting your files and apps, it will repair and replace any corrupted system files.
Step 1: Download Media Creation Tool from Microsoft.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...
Step 2: Run MediaCreationTool.exe.
Step 3: Choose "Upgrade this PC now".
Step 4: Select "Keep personal files and apps".
Step 4: Let it install
I hope the information above helps. Please let me know how it goes.
Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.
With Warm Regards,
Carlo T.
My computer suddenly turned my browser into a skinny spaghetti noodle stuck against the right side of the screen with no way to get to the full screen toggle or expand it until I found this--exactly what I needed, fast and easy breezy, <non-relevant content removed>
