I want to completely disable picture in picture on the Edge browser.

How do I do this?

To me it's just a new form of popup that is constantly annoying me.

    Hi sqrly,

I am Sumit, an Independent Advisor and a 3 year Windows Insider MVP here to help.

I think you are talking about Picture in picture control, right?

Paste the following in the address bar.

    edge://flags/#global-media-controls-picture-in-picture

Change the value to disabled and check.

No, I am not talking about something other then what I said :(

"I want to completely disable picture in picture on the Edge browser."

I never ever want to see a picture in picture window pop up on my screen, ever again. What part of that is not clear?
