I have two gmail accounts under my name, but only one shows up in Edge. How do I add the second gmail account? I'm not seeing "Add" as a choice.

Well, admittedly, I do it with 2 different @hotmail addresses. One Edge window using one & another Edge window using the other. Separate windows, not tabs. Same "session" in that both different acc't Edge windows can be open simultaneously, using 2 different Profiles. I do this all day long, at least with hotmail addresses, at any rate.
Maybe, can't do the same with gMail & Yahoo acc'ts; can't comment on that as I use neither of them. Before Edge I did this with Edge HTML & IE. With Edge (C), that is no longer necessary. Can use 2 acc'ts, both in Edge, simultaneously.

To switch between profiles on the Edge, just click on the user icon, next to the "..." button to the right of the browser's address bar. If you do not have an account set up, click on “Add a profile”. The program opens a new window with a new user.
To customize the profile, click on the user icon and then on the option “Manage profile settings”, or sign in with a Microsoft account. Each account has its own Edge window, identified with a small profile picture icon.
In Edge it is possible to configure which user profile will be used when opening external links. For that, it is necessary to access the Settings screen, select the option “Profiles” and then “Preferences for various profiles”. The default option is the user last used in the browser, but can be changed to any of the accounts configured in the program.
I await news.

Thank you, but I'm not getting anywhere. Here's what I have.
- A primary gmail address.
- A second gmail address.
- I now use Chrome, and I'm trying to switch to Edge.
- When I open Edge, I only see my second gmail address in a tab. I cannot access my primary email, there is no tab with my primary emails in Edge. When I type "gmail' into the browser, it opens to my second gmail address.
- I tried what you suggested. No luck.

You can't be signed in to two different gmail accounts at the same time in one Edge session. You would have to sign out of one account to sign in to the other. Or you could open the second account from an InPrivate Edge session.
I deal with two Yahoo accounts by always accessing one with Firefox and the other with Edge. Makes accessing the accounts easy; AutoComplete always signs me in.
