Hello

Hmmm… your Internet access is blocked only with Edge.

Please don't tell me to check my network adapter, chrome and Firefox are working fine.

Why is Edge blocked?

Thank You

    Hello

    Thanks for your reply.

Did all that and the issue remains.

I guess I'll just uninstall Edge and forget about it.

    Thank

Hi, I'm Elise, an independent advisor and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

Are you able to share any error message you receive when using Edge?

    Kind Regards,

    Elise

    Hello

I am still getting this message when I try to use Microsoft Edge "Hmmm… your Internet access is blocked"

This only happens with Edge since the last update.

Chrome. Firefox, Avast and even the old Internet Explorer are letting me browse.

On the other hand I am starting to like Chrome.

So I need a solution soon.

    Thanks

    The Magus

    Hi the magus,

I am Trust. I'm a Microsoft User like you. I will like to assist you on this if you allow me.

The first thing is to try clearing the site data. To do this, go to Edge Settings > Site permissions > Cookies and site data > See all cookies and site data. Search the website then click the bin icon to remove and check if the issue is fixed.

If it doesn't work, try using the Google Public DNS. In Edge, click ... > Settings > Privacy, search, and services. Scroll down under Security, tick on "Choose a service provider" then type Google then select it, it should appear in the search as "Google (Public DNS)

If the steps above did not work, I strongly recommend you try other steps mentioned on this article: What to do if Microsoft Edge isn't working

Let me know how it goes.

    Regards,
