    Hello GabrielLabarrera,

My Name is Paul one of the Community Advisor and a Microsoft Consumer like you and I am here to help. I can see that you are using a Microsoft Edge to to watch those video. Did you already tried to use another browser like IE or Chrome so we can isolate the problem?

Lets try to turn off one feature of EDGE that is quite buggy as of the moment.

    * Open Edge and click the 3 dotted icons on the upper right and click settings.

    * Click SYSTEM and try to disable USE HARDWARE ACCELERATION WHEN AVAILABLE.

    * Restart EDGE and try to watch a video to test.

    Regards,

    Hi paul,

I already have "Hardware acceleration" disabled this option gave me some issues with OBS when i try to records and stream my edge window.

Also, yes this issue only happends on edge, Opera and Firefox plat the video without problems.

After i post this question i wanted to check if this was a Windows Update problem, but run the windows update on my laptop and check that bot systems have the same versiones but this problem does not occurs on my laptop.

    Hello Gabriel,

Since it happened after the update and I am noticing some user's are experiencing with the same try to report it first to the FEEDBACK HUB app under START MENU. Microsoft haven't announced yet if there's a known bug after the updated but surely they will going to announce it soon or they might release a hot fix also a separate update will be released too for MS EDGE anytime soon. We can temporarily use other browsers for the meantime if in case you experienced any problems while watching a Video with your MS EDGE.

    Regards,
