Hi Nikolo,
My name is Jocelyn, an independent advisor and a fellow Windows 10 user like you. I'll be glad to help you today.
Please try the following fix and see it helps:
Type CMD in the search box, run as administrator
In the command prompt, type or copy-paste the following command one at a time and hit enter after each.
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /all
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
netsh int ip set dns
netsh winsock reset
Exit Window.
Restart PC and then check if you will the same error.
Best,
Jocelyn

i have an issue with a specific site.
If you see a similar error in different browsers, the problem is most probably with the site itself. NXDOMAIN means Non-existent domain, so there's probably a fault with the site's DNS records if you're sure that you're entering the right address. If you tell us which site is involved, we can have a look to see what the problem is.
Meanwhile, you can check it yourself with nslookup: press Windows key + R to open a Run box, type cmd and press Enter. In the command window that opens, type:
nslookup {domain name}
For example,
nslookup microsoft.com
Your DNS server should respond with something like
Server: one.one.one.one
Address: 1.1.1.1
Non-authoritative answer:
Name: microsoft.com
Addresses: 104.215.148.63
40.76.4.15
40.112.72.205
13.77.161.179
40.113.200.201
If the domain doesn't exist, nslookup will say so:
C:\Users\John>nslookup google.con
Server: one.one.one.one
Address: 1.1.1.1
*** one.one.one.one can't find google.con: Non-existent domain
(one.one.one.oneis the name of the DNS server I'm using at present, so-called because its IP address is 1.1.1.1 as shown. )
Hi Jocelyn, I am getting
C:\WINDOWS\system32>netsh int ip set dns
One or more essential parameters were not entered.
Verify the required parameters, and reenter them.
The syntax supplied for this command is not valid. Check help for the correct syntax.
Usage: set dnsservers [name=]<string> [source=]dhcp|static
[[address=]<IP address>|none]
[[register=]none|primary|both]
[[validate=]yes|no]
Did I miss something from the above?
Thanks in advance
"Parler.com doesn't exist Format error".
There appears to be a global problem with parler.com just now, so it's not just you. See for example Parler down? Current parler.com status and issues (downinspector.com)
My nslookup returns ***{DNS server}can't find parler.com: Server failed regardless of which DNS server I use.

I have been having this issue with Parler.com
Your response is one not suggested yet, so I tried it. It tells me that "Parler.com doesn't exist Format error".
The "Format error" I've not seen before. Any help would be appreciated. I've already tried numerous fixes, flushing DNS, ect. but nothing helps. I know the site exists, I was on it early this morning. Then, suddenly- this. I'd changed nothing, I just began getting this error message.
Is it possible that THEY intentionally did this, in order to remove me for some insane reason? Another thing I was thinking possible. Thanks in advance, for any help.
