You used to be able to just go on the start menu and "Open File Location", the option just is not there anymore. I just want to find the file to change the icon.

    Hello FadyFrancis, how are you?

I am an independent consultant and user like you!

    I'm happy to help you!

You can find it on the path below:

    %localappdata%\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\Web Applications

    * Each folder starting with "_crx ..." indicates an installed application!

    > To access, just paste the path in the File Explorer, or

    > Press "WIN + R", paste the path, and click "OK"

If you still have a problem I hope your answer!

The answer is, some Start menu items have Open File Location & some do not.  The ones that do not, one cannot change their icons. Nothing is missing.

    Cheers,
    Drew
