I have started getting an error 403 when I try to access one particular site, using Microsoft Edge. I can access the site through Opera, but I'm happy with Edge and want to keep it. Sometimes the page will load, but when I click on a header on the page, I get Error 403,

I have one extension, Adguard, and the error occurs with or without the extension.
Am I stuck with needing 2 browsers?I haven't installed Amazon's Cloudfront, has it been dumped on me through a back door?
Ideally I want just Edge.
Any ideas?

Try open the Microsoft Edge in InPrivate browsing mode (you may try Ctrl+Shift+N) and see if the problem persist?
You may report these issues through the Feedback option in the Microsoft Edge. Take a look at How to Report a Feedback/Bug to Microsoft Edge’s Team? - Microsoft Community
This work around does stop the problem, (can you feel a but coming on?), but, The page is swamped with adverts. I need to see if I can get the adblocker working and I'm away! The page is www.express.co.uk.
However, and if this has any bearing on the matter, I don't know, since loading 2 updates, KB5000802 and KB4589212 the error 403 has gone though both of these are not Edge related.
Thank you so much for your time and input, it's greatly appreciated. My next annoyance with Edge will be posted later.
Thanks again.

Are you using the VPN option in the Opera browser?
If yes, turn off the Opera VPN and visit the website and see if you see the same error?
In this case ,this is not an issue with the Microsoft Edge and error 403 means forbidden and for some reason the website blocked your IP Address.
Let's do a test, open Bing.com in Microsoft Edge and Opera
Then type the following:
What is my IP?
Then compare and see if they are returning the same IP address? (in Opera and Microsoft Edge).
No VPN in use.
In Edge, I put my 3rd party VPN on to London and the page came up, but as I said, when I clicked on an article on the page It came up error 403 again, same thing happens with no VPN.
This doesn't happen with Opera. I can open and view all articles on the web page. so my IP is accepfed. It's the same IP that Edge was using OK last week.
The problem is only with Edge since it updated last week.
I have reset Edge - no different.
