Hi Nancy, my name is Neil, I'm an independent adviser and a Windows 10 and Edge user like you.
I can help you with your question.
To disable the Pop-Up Blocker in Edge do the following:
Open Edge and click on the three dots in the upper right corner.
Click on "Settings" in the Menu.
On the left hand side menu, click on "Site Permissions".
Under the Site Permissions, click on "Pop-ups and redirects"
Under Pop-ups and redirects you should see "Block (recommended" and opposite this there will be a button that will be in the ON position. Click the button to turn this OFF.
You can close the settings window now.
I would close and re-open Edge before you use it.
Pop-ups and redirects will no longer be blocked.
I hope this answers your question. Please do let me know if you need further help.
