Looking for a MENU bar in edge and it seems an add-on might be necessary. Really? I guess I won't be using Edge anytime soon.

I can't even see the "Three dots" in the upper right corner to access all Edge options! I'm guessing "fishing" for every tab and even the save button.

Are you looking for a menu bar?
In Edge, unlike Internet Explorer which had a horizontal menu bar at the top of the window, Edge has a slightly different configuration!
Click on the "Three dots" in the upper right corner to access all Edge options!

Thanks, but to be more specific, I don't see a desktop "short cut" option as IE had under the File option. 🤔
I understand that you don't want to click to access the Edge menu!
