There is no option to use a password, everything downloads fine, extracts fine, but when it is opened it's all encrypted.

    Hello BrianSullivan8,

    Good day!

I'm Jericho, a fellow customer and an individual advisor. I am happy to assist you!

You may try this method below:

    Open WinZip.

Open the protected file from which you want to remove the encryption.

Type the password in the pop-up box and extract the files (for your case just extract the file)

Select the files and create a new .zip file without the password encryption.

Delete the old encrypted file. The new file will not include the encryption.

Hope that helps! Please let me know how it goes.

    Cheers,

    Jericho
