Why am I getting this message "STATUS_INVALID_IMAGE_HASH"

I am not a tech guy so trying to fix this is nerve racking, What does an old man have to do to get help?

    From my research this issue appears to be related to Chromium-based browsers including Chrome and Microsoft Edge on Windows 10.

    And it is not a recent problem since it goes back to October 25, 2019 in an article titled How To Fix "Aw Snap!" Crash in Google Chrome 78

    "Most of the reports came from users that did not have the latest version of Symantec Endpoint Protection installed. An investigation from both Google and Symantec confirmed this to be true. In a blog post on Thursday, Symantec explains that the problem is an incompatibility between the Application Control technology in its product and Microsoft's Code Integrity feature enabled in Chrome browser. Microsoft Edge Chromium is also impacted by this issue but the browser has not been officially released so the user base affected is limited."

    More recently the issue has been reported with an update. [July 08 update] Google Chrome “STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION” & “STATUS_INVALID_IMAGE_HASH” bugs come to light

    The Chrome Team replied with the cause and possible fix aw, Snap! Error code: STATUS_INVALID_IMAGE_HASH

    "The Chrome team recently added these new sub-error codes to the "Aw, Snap!" error page to better diagnose the cause of crashes in Chrome. The best thing to do if you see these errors is to go to theAw, Snap! help article which should resolve most of these issues."

    There are also two possible workaround solutions provided in this topic.
