i was going to redeem the 10 bucks microsoft-store gift card with Microsoft edge using 9,3k of microsoft rewards points, but i read about these limitations:

does it means that not all products can be purchase whit the card?
i was thinking about using the card for purchasing 1100 rocket league credits, can i do that?

Yes, you can, via the Xbox Store.
You may want to redeem your credits for an Xbox Gift Card though. I've found that process simple to use for Xbox purchases.
