    Hi ArthurJin,

I had no problem while using chrome but after I shifted to Edge again after installing the Windows 2004 update the problem is started again and again .I tried reinstalling Edge and it solved the problem for me. If you are experiencing the same problem you might also try to reinstall Edge or start using Google Chrome

Same issue here, and I also clicked "don't ask again on this computer" for two-step verification, and each time I turn on my computer or wake it up from sleep, I have to enter my username and password (saved in browser), and then it asks for my two-step verification, even though I click "don't ask again on this computer" each time I log in. I'm on the latest version of Windows 10 (not insider preview). I am using a year-old Surface Pro 7, 10th gen i7 Quad-core, with 16 Gb DDR4 and 256 Gb SSD. I'm quite sure your computer specs are fine, maybe an issue with the 2004 version of Windows 10 (?) because I heard that Google Chrome is having similar issues with their browser, and Edge is based on Chromium, so both might be having these issues.
