My home page was personalized for just a week to include stories about the Far East. I removed that personalization a week ago but the home page has not changed. It still shows me mainly stories about the Far East. How do I bring it back to a non-personalized page?

Hello GrahamManchester, I am Brian, an Independent Advisor and a fellow Microsoft user as you are.

I understand that you wanted to change the home page of your Microsoft Edge browser. I am here to help.

    To do so,

    1. Open the Microsoft Edge
    2. Click the 3-horizontal dots, select Settings
    3. On Settings, click the option "On Startup"
    4. On the right side you will see 3 options

You can choose any of the options that best applies to your prerogative.

I have attached a screen shot to help you compare your actions

    Hope this helps.

    Hi DanaO'Kelley,

I'm afraid I am not a Microsoft advisor so I don't know the answers to your questions. Hopefully one of the advisors can help you.

    Graham

    Brian,

I may not have explained my problem very well. My home page shows a lot of news about the Far East that I don't want on the home page. I unchecked the boxes which specify Far East news in the personalization section but the news still keeps showing. So how can I stop that news?

    Graham

How do you set Microsoft as your home page. Also why is there not a simple click to set as home page?

Yahoo is has leaned all one way, I don't enjoy MSN to busy and not clean, I realize Edge is basically MSN but it is better to me.
