Restoring AOL favorites prior to Windows 10

I had Windows 7 with AOL Gold, which had favorites saved on the right box of favorites. Since I've upgraded to Windows 10, I have not been able to access those favorites. I can find AOL mail and AOL news. But not those favorites, which I want back. What do I need to do?

    The AOL Favorites is synced by the AOL Desktop Gold application, make sure that it is installed and running.
