Hi, hoping someone may be able to help. I have been using a website for some time as a resource for crafty activities. I have not had an issue up until now. I can browse most of the site, but when I try to go into their library, I get the following message
BlogVault Firewall
Blocked because of Malicious Activities
Reference ID: 70900883660ff63c53ce34
I have written to the website owner, who advised "Clear your cache, close your browser, reopen it".
I have done this, clearing the Cache in edge and on my computer, and still have the same problem. I have even opened Google Chrome, clearing the cache, still with no success,
Is the problem from my end or could it be the website, but out of curiosity, I used TOR and was able to access the library.
I would appreciate any help.
thanks

Hi, I'm Robinson, an Independent Advisor and a Windows user like you.
This error comes from the site firewall, the IP from where you are accessing the website has been blocked in the Firewall. One possible solution for this error is to turn off the router wait 5 minutes then turn the router on again, this procedure will assign a new IP.
Thankyou for your help. It worked. It took a few attempts, I left the router off for about half an hour.
Appreciate your quick answer.
Thanks
Margaret
